I'm posting this for the MAN in the family......this NEEDS to seriously be bigger then life!!! =^) I'd like to stop working now! hehehehe.
For any of you who may not have already heard the news or seen the news through MySpace, this upcoming weekend will be the most important one for our band to date. In addition to articles on us in both the Tulsa World yesterday and this week's issue of Urban Tulsa Weekly (which you can see on the net at urbantulsa.com by clicking on "Signs of Life", then scrolling down to "Walking Tall" and Tulsa World by clicking on "Spot" and then on the article titled "Double trouble"), we will be back on KMOD's morning show to perform songs from and discuss our new CD which will finally be available to the public tomorrow. Tune into 97.5FM or on the net at KMOD by clicking on "Listen Live" in the upper right-hand corner, starting at 8:30AM tomorrow morning. I've attached the posters for our CD release shows tomorrow and Saturday night. Fat Dixie will be kicking things off tomorrow night and John Moreland & The Black Gold Band will be doing the same on Saturday night.
